Welcome to KIPFIRE! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KIPFIRE mobile application and services. By accessing or using KIPFIRE, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using KIPFIRE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using KIPFIRE on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use KIPFIRE:

• You must be at least 13 years old
• You must be capable of forming a binding contract
• You must not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use KIPFIRE.

3. Description of Service

KIPFIRE is a mobile application that provides:

• AI-powered content task generation across multiple categories
• Video recording and editing tools with text overlay capabilities
• Multi-language support
• Free tier with daily limits (5 tasks per day)
• Premium subscription tier with unlimited tasks

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use KIPFIRE, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A secure password

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app menu. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Free Tier and Premium Subscriptions

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes:

• 5 AI-generated tasks per day
• Access to all 6 categories
• Video recording and editing features
• KIPFIRE watermark on videos

5.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscribers receive:

• Unlimited AI-generated tasks
• All free tier features
• Priority support
• Access to future premium features

5.3 Subscription Terms

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, auto-renews unless cancelled
• Annual Subscription: Billed annually, auto-renews unless cancelled
• Payment: Processed through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android)
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date

5.4 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

How to Cancel:

• iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → KIPFIRE → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → KIPFIRE → Cancel Subscription

5.5 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), not by KIPFIRE:

iOS Refunds:

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase
• Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Apple determines whether to grant refunds on a case-by-case basis

Android Refunds:

• Automatic refund available within 48 hours of first purchase
• Request through Google Play Store
• After 48 hours, refunds are at Google's discretion

5.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their subscription.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Use KIPFIRE for any illegal purposes
• ❌ Violate any laws or regulations
• ❌ Infringe on intellectual property rights
• ❌ Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• ❌ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• ❌ Use automated systems (bots) to access the service
• ❌ Resell or redistribute KIPFIRE services
• ❌ Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• ❌ Abuse, harass, or harm other users

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by KIPFIRE's AI:

• Is provided for your personal use
• May be similar to content generated for other users
• Should be reviewed for accuracy before use
• You are responsible for how you use the generated content

7.2 Your Content

Content you create using KIPFIRE (videos, recordings):

• Remains your property
• Is stored only on your device
• You are solely responsible for your content
• You grant us no rights to your content (we don't store it)

7.3 Our Intellectual Property

KIPFIRE and all related trademarks, logos, and content are our property. You may not:

• Use our trademarks without permission
• Copy or modify our app code or design
• Create derivative works based on KIPFIRE

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The service is free of viruses or harmful components
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes

You use KIPFIRE at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of KIPFIRE
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content or activities
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Third-Party Services

KIPFIRE integrates with third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication
• OpenAI: AI task generation
• Apple/Google: Payment processing

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using KIPFIRE, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in the app menu.

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• You abuse or misuse the service
• Required by law

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to KIPFIRE will end immediately
• Your account data will be deleted within 30 days
• Premium subscriptions will not be refunded (unless required by law)
• Sections of these Terms that should survive (liability, indemnification) will continue to apply

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
